Free Electricity For the Next Five Years!
If you purchase one of the ten remaining lots in the subdivision and close escrow on or before April 1st, 2009, Bela Flor will pay your electricity bill for the next five years.
Here’s the fine print:
Upon purchase of one of the ten remaining lots in the Bela Flor at Riggs custom home community, we will enter into a binding agreement to pay your electricity bill for the next five years.
At that time, an escrow account will be established and fully funded by Bela Flor. The buyer will be able to draw from this account on a monthly basis.
The five-year period will begin once the buyer has completed construction of his/her home. If the lot purchaser decides not to build a home then at the end of five years from the lot purchase date, the buyer will receive the funds in the escrow account.
The buyer may chose to have a solar system installed on their home by SolarCity for $0. Buyer must qualify for a 15-year lease through SolarCity. In addition to paying for the electricity as mentioned above, Bela Flor will pay for the first five years of the lease.
It is estimated that on a 5,100 sq. ft. home in the SRP service area, the combined cost of the monthly solar system lease payment to SolarCity and the reduced electricity bill to SRP, will be $100 less per month than what the electricity bill would have been without a solar system.
